PAYMENTS

The client will have to pay in advance 1 night of the total stay, and once at the Hotel he must pay the rest of the amount.

The payment of this first night must be made by bank transfer; You will receive the instructions in your confirmation email.

*Payment once at the hotel can be made in cash or card.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In this way the Hotel will return what has already been paid.

  • If the client cancels his reservation after these 14 days, he will be charged the total amount of the reserved stay.
