All bookings, cancellations and changes (such as name changes, change of arrival or departure, etc.) must be in writing without exception. Our employees are not authorized to make changes and cancellations over the phone.
The cancellation policy regulates the amount of the cancellation fees depending on the cancellation date. In the case of cancellations by the guest or the customer in the period before the agreed arrival day and the day of arrival itself, the latter is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancel 15 days before the arrival for free;
From 7 to 15 days before the arrival 30% from the booking price;
Less than 7 days before arrival - 100 % from the booking price.
